Privilege View

INSTRUCTIONS: Please enter the Medical Staff Member's last name in the Provider Last Name field. Selecting the Search button will give you a list of providers with that last name. Select the medical staff member's full name to view the privileges. Alternatively, you may enter a specific privilege (i.e. "Admit," "sedation" or "Nasal") in the Privilege Text field. Limiting your search term will broaden your results. If you are too specific, you might miss what you're looking for. Then select the Search button which will bring you to a list of providers with that privilege. You may also search by privilege form by using the drop-down in the top center of the page entitles "Please Choose a Privilege." The Search button will provide a list of all providers with that specific privilege form.
